We are known as producers of fresh, fruity wines, where the varietal characteristics of each wine are beautifully expressed. The differences in temperature between day and night during the ripening of the grapes give Styrian wines their special freshness. Our grapes are cultivated with a great deal of manual work in the vineyard, so that each vine truly feels the presence of its winegrower.
The history of viticulture on our farm goes back several generations, but in the meantime the winemaking tradition was unfortunately interrupted, so we only began bottling our own wines in 1992. Much has changed since then, yet our dedication to the vine and to wine has remained the same.
Our homestead lies nestled in the amphitheater of the Svečina Hills, at Špičnik, just below the famous road that winds through the vineyards in the shape of a heart. The location, soil, and favorable climate allow us, on nearly 9 hectares of vineyards, to produce a wide range of different wine styles to satisfy every taste.
You can choose from fresh, still, and mostly dry wines, sparkling wines produced using the traditional method, as well as fuller, more mature wines from the Kaspar and Emanuel lines, and our red wine, Pinot Noir.
With a reservation, you can also indulge in our culinary experience, where our wines are paired with a 4- or 5-course tasting menu. We can accommodate up to 24 guests at a time.
