Pungračič Tourist Farm is located in the municipality of Zavrč in the eastern Haloze region, where five generations of the family have been producing renowned white wines such as Rhine Riesling, Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Furmint. Their vineyards cover 14 hectares on both sides of the border between Slovenia and Croatia. In addition to winemaking, they offer catering services for up to 60 guests, accommodation in five rooms, and a wellness area with saunas and hot tubs. All food is produced on the farm, and their specialties include the traditional Haloze layered pastry haloška gibanica and meat preserved in tünka.
Viticulture
On the easternmost hill of the Haloze wine-growing region, where vineyards have stretched across the landscape for generations, lies the Pungračič Tourist Farm. With a family tradition spanning five generations, the estate cultivates more than 14 hectares of prime vineyard sites in the eastern Haloze region. They produce exclusively white wines – including Riesling, Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Furmint, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, and aromatic Muscat wines – whose freshness and rich character reflect the unique terroir of their vineyards.
As wine is best enjoyed alongside excellent food, the family opened the doors of their homestead more than 30 years ago to guests who appreciate authentic Haloze cuisine. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, they serve delicious homemade dishes prepared from local ingredients, home-raised meat, and herbs from their own garden. Guests can also relax in modern, comfortably furnished rooms surrounded by peaceful nature and genuine hospitality.
Culinary Offer
Pungračič Tourist Farm in Zavrč offers catering services for up to 60 guests, including accommodation and various opportunities for active leisure experiences. Guests can also take part in traditional farm activities such as grape harvesting and pig slaughtering. Accommodation
Pungračič Tourist Farm in Zavrč offers accommodation in five rooms with a total of nine beds. The rooms are equipped with a TV and a private bathroom. Guests staying on a half-board basis are served meals in the dining room located in a hundred-year-old part of the house, furnished with original period furniture and décor. Pungračič Tourist Farm in Zavrč offers wellness services in two private suites with panoramic views of the vineyards.
