Tourist Farm '' Pri kapeli''

The tourist farm “Pri kapeli” is a well-kept homestead known by the name Pri kapeli (“By the Chapel”). It stands at the end of the village of Drbetinci, on a small hill with a beautiful view over the valley. The view stretches towards Ptuj, about 15 km away, and Gornja Radgona is roughly the same distance in the other direction. The family takes care that guests leave with pleasant memories of this part of Slovenia.

Of course, good food is essential for good memories, so we carefully select the dishes we offer to our guests. We are known for mushrooms and mushroom dishes. On the farm we grow and process apples, and therefore also offer guests fresh apples, apple juice, apple vinegar, dried apple slices, jams, and teas.

As good hosts, we also invite our visitors to take part in fruit picking or other farm tasks. We can show them around the interesting and peaceful surroundings, introduce the farm, and take children to see the domestic animals. We also recommend a trip to Ptuj Castle and a visit to Ptuj, Ptujska Gora, perhaps a wine cellar in Ptuj, and to Gornja Radgona and Lenart. Since the nearby roads are not busy with traffic, it is pleasant to cycle or run; there is also an outdoor fitness trail close to the farm.
