Back to School Through Time" – Interactive Museum Classroom

The first mentions of schooling in Sv. Andraž date back to 1791, while regular classes began in 1812. Vitomarci received their first permanent school building in 1864. The museum interactive classroom is located in the classroom of the Vitomarci branch primary school.

The program "Escape into School Through Time" consists of:

-Learning about cultural heritage in the outdoor classroom – along the Path of Tolerance, visitors are introduced in an engaging way to local customs, cultural heritage, and legends of the area;

-Discovering the development of education in the Municipality of Sv. Andraž in Slovenske gorice – in the museum interactive classroom, through a short film, a textbook, and an exhibition of school supplies over time. This part of the program is free of charge for visitors, with the option of booking additional paid animation in the classroom.
