The Selinšek family dairy farm is located in Starše. In the former village milk collection center, they offer homemade yogurts—both plain and fruit—cottage cheese, cottage-cheese spreads, and several types of cheese. All products are made from full-fat, non-homogenized milk; the short distance from barn to farm shop and quick processing ensure outstanding freshness.
