Lobnica Stream

The Lobnica Stream is one of the larger streams in the Pohorje area. It springs below Klopni vrh near the Fala pond. From its source to its outflow into the Drava River, it descends more than 1,000 meters. At the beginning, its gradient is small, but it increases significantly in the section where it flows through the primeval forest. There, it forms numerous rapids and the waterfalls Veliki Šumik and Mali Šumik.
