Fram Stream

The Fram Stream is a protected hydrological natural monument. It has two sources – one below the mountain lodge Zarja (at 1050 m altitude) and another near the Kager Lodge (at 1080 m altitude). The entire course of the Fram Stream runs through metamorphic rocks. A special attraction is the 12-meter-high Fram Waterfall in the upper part of the stream bed. The stream flows in a natural environment all the way down to the lowlands – to the settlement of Fram.
