BORIS FERIČ - ADDITIONAL RECONSTRUCTIONS The exhibition will be on display from Thursday, October 29, 2026 to Sunday, November 29, 2026 at the Mihelič Gallery. The project, which the author has been developing since 2016, continues the research from the Topographia Europae Modernae series. There, the images of castles revealed the elementary structure of digital photography as they approached, and in Additional Reconstructions, digital fragments become the material of new images. Farič reinterprets his own photographs using digital procedures. The result is intensely colourful photographic abstract compositions that establish a complex relationship between photography and painting, abstraction and representation.
